At The Orchard School, Everyone Matters, Everyone Cares. Our approach to Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) ensures every pupil is supported to explore their interests, build confidence and make positive, informed choices about their future.

How We Measure Impact

We use national frameworks and pupil feedback to make sure our careers programme makes a real difference. This includes:
• Ongoing evaluation against the eight Gatsby Benchmarks using Compass+.
• A termly-reviewed Careers Plan that tracks priorities and outcomes for our pupils.
• Feedback from pupils, parents, staff, employers and CEIAG partners.
• Monitoring of destinations, ensuring each young person moves on to education, training or employment that is right for them.

We regularly review and refine our careers provision so that it stays inclusive, aspirational and personalised.
